Ordering Samples:
To order samples of our brick tiles, you can filling out this sample form or call directly at 717-806-3900. The form can be useful, because it has all your contact information in one place, and we can refer to it as we work together. You can indicate your tile preferences on it and ask questions. We will call you as soon as possible to talk about your sample order, or you can call our office.
We prefer to talk on the phone to get the samples ordered. This is for several reasons: We consult with you about the project, the other colors in the space, the tile color mixes we can provide for you, sealers, etc. Generally, we can learn more about which samples will be the best to send. It is also helpful for us to know your deadlines and for you to know our lead times (these vary from week to week). You are responsible for the small box shipping charge, and we need to get your card information. We take Visa, American Express, MC and Discover. (Do not send this in an email, since it is not secure). Samples are $2 each. We will follow up with a phone call, to be sure you have received everything in good condition, and to answer questions about the samples.
If you would like to visit the office, and see the tiles for yourself, you are very welcome! In that case, call for an appointment. There is no charge for the samples when they are not shipped, and you can also bring your plans, cabinet doors, paint chips, and any other design elements will help you select your color mix and style of tile. We can look at different grout colors, and different ways to seal your tiles. We are in south-central Pennsylvania.

Ordering Tiles:
After you have received your samples and are ready to order, you will call the office at 717-806-3900. If you know what you want without samples, we can go right to the ordering process. You will give us the square feet you need (measure length and the width of your room and multiply). We figure on a thin 1/4" grout line between the tiles. Usually between 5-15% extra is ordered for waste in cutting. Pricing depends upon the style and the quantity ordered. We will talk on the phone to discuss when you need the tile and our current lead time based on other orders.
When you place an order, you will be asked for 1/2 deposit. Inglenook tiles are a handmade, custom product that are made to order for each customer. A deposit represents a contract between the purchaser and Inglenook tile for intent to purchase and is not refundable. Your deposit also holds your spot in our production schedule. You can use your Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover. The balance, plus shipping, will be charged when the tiles are ready to be sent. We can talk about shipping options on the phone. You may also pick up your order at the Harrisburg warehouse. If you live or pick up in Pennsylvania, there is 6% sales tax.
Everything is handmade, so lead times generally vary from two weeks to eight weeks, depending on the size of the order and what other orders are in queue. When your tiles are ready to ship, you will be notified with the shipping information. You may call at any time throughout the process, regarding updates, installation advice, and whatever else you may want to know. After you have received your tiles, you are always welcome to call with additional questions or to refresh anything we may have talked about previously.
When your tiles are installed, we love to get pictures. Most pictures you see on the website were sent from our many happy customers!
